As the project lead and a first-time leader in this capacity, I am steering UX research for Deloitte's onboarding initiative, designing surveys, and facilitating interviews to secure valuable insights.
This exciting new challenge enables me to direct the development of a purpose-driven web-based platform, enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires by embedding Deloitte's core values from the beginning.

The project seeks to clarify how Purpose integrates across all facets of Deloitte's culture, empowering new practitioners to understand and embody the firm's commitment to impact in their daily roles.
As the UX Design Lead, I'll spearhead user research, analyze findings, and translate them into impactful design solutions. I was also part of UX research and the visual design aspects of this project for the deliverables, including website prototype and instruction booklets.
By accepting this task, we embarked on a journey to shed light on a hidden experience, potentially changing
the lives of millions by making the first steps towards disability benefits smoother and more accessible for all.
